Nick Davis enters his seventh season on the Rose-Hulman staff and his fourth year as defensive coordinator in 2018. He has also been promoted to assistant head coach and recruiting coordinator, effective for the 2018 season.
Davis has led one of the nation's top defenses over the last three years. His spread defense has led the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference in total defense (2015) and scoring defense (2016).
His 2017 team featured Associated Press first-team All-American defensive lineman Mike Riley, who led all NCAA football players in sacks during the 2017 regular season.

Rich Hargitt has a long history of creating explosive offenses. In 2017 Hargitt took over the offense at Southside HS in South Carolina. His Southside team broke the school single game passing record and the school single season passing record.
In addition, the offense finished the regular season ranked in AAA 6th in rushing (1082 yards), 1st in passing yards (2328 yards), 1st in completions (192), 1st in pass attempts (318), 1st in passing touchdowns (21), and 3rd in completion percentage (60%). Hargitt led the tigers to a 7 point per game improvement from the year before he arrived and helped lead the Tigers to the SCHSL AAA playoffs.

Coach Wilson led a ground attack that averaged almost 240 yards per game and 6 yards per rush in 2018. This offense averaged 425 per game on their way to a GLVC Conference Championship and a first-round playoff win over Fort Hays State University!

Coach Renfroe's offense gained an average of 411 yards per game and scored an average of 35 points per game in 2018. The offense also averaged 226.5 rushing yards per game, as well as almost 6 yards per rush during the 2018 season!
